Straight from Google – What You Need to Know About SEO
At San Francisco’s Wordcamp for WordPress users, Matt Cutts, the head of Google’s spam team talked about the basics of how Google search works and how you can boost your site’s results in Google searches. He also talks about how WordPress takes care of 80-90% of Google’s crawling issues simply through it’s design. Because WordPress itself has high ranking, it makes an excellent platform for not only blogging but for any web site.
Matt goes into great detail about what Google looks for. Google looks for page rank, or the number of quality sites who link to you but it also looks to see how often pages are refreshed, if new pages are added, how good your SEO is. If your keywords and content are relevant to what people are looking for and they are organized properly, you will get listings.

Nice post. I learn something more challenging on different blogs everyday. It will always be stimulating to read content from other writers and practice a little something from their articles. I’d like to use some with the content on my blog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link on your web blog. Thanks for sharing.
