Living Your Dream Can Be As Simple as a Signature
Wallace is a singer/songwriter and had not performed in 4 years and had stopped even listening to music. He was also a massage therapist but developed carpel tunnel syndrome and went into real estate thinking it would stabilize his income. When I met him socially with my wife for dinner, he looked very depressed, in fact he had been for many months.
He is a loving gentle man and the energy in his office, the aggression, the fear and competitiveness was toxic for him. He felt trapped and hopeless and he was not even making much money because he was not aggressive or competitive though he certainly was afraid.
We did some visioning work talking about what his ideal life would look like. He had a hard time seeing it but he wanted to enjoy music again and go back to massage. He had learned a new technique that was easier on his hands but he was afraid to leave real estate.
According to Robert Cialdini, author of The Power of Persuasion, by putting your commitments onto paper and signing your name on it, the chance of fulfilling the commitment increases 37%. I had Wallace write out on paper a commit to listen to music every day for a month then sign it. The three of us there at the time witnessed it and prayed for William. That was it.
Only a few months later Wallace had quit real estate and was back in his old job in a prestigious hotel doing massage full time making a lucrative salary and using the new technique which caused him no pain and his clients seemed to prefer. Not only that, he performed live before an audience, to rave reviews!

Going Deeper Opens the Flow of Abundance
When Stephane called me she was deeply depressed and later in our talk confessed to calling a few suicide hotlines recently. She had started a psychic reading company with a long-time friend she had known for 20 years. In spite of doing all the “right ” thinks on a marketing level, a great website, a radio show, facebook, twitter, you name it, business was terrible and her internet had been shut down so she would not even communicate with clients if she had them. She had made most of her money as a copywriter and had outstanding billed past due 30-90 days and could not collect on them no matter how many times she called and pressured these clients.
Stephane did not have a financial or business problem, she had a metaphysical problem, something deeper. We discovered that she had resentments towards some of her clients who were difficult or did not pay her. We used Colin Tipping’s Radical Forgiveness to unblock the financial flow. Within days of filling out the sheet, her clients paid their bills and new business began to flow in. Download the Forgiveness Worksheet for FREE.
Going Deeper Helps a Client Get Satisfaction
“Why can’t I get the designer to cooperate with me? I hired a designer for my non-profit Web site, months have gone by and I still have no site up.” Jenna
Jenna’s problem was two-fold. She had to go deeper and explore the underlying issues that made her unable to get what she needed from her designer and other vendors. Second, she needed to get control of her site with a content management system that put her fully in control. We used my Web Site In a Day Program. We set up her site and she learned how to upload text, photos and video in just two hours. She is now happily managing her site from China. Read more about Jenna’s Journey.
“ Our Web site is not producing results. We have a fantastic theater company and beautiful materials but we can’t seem to focus our marketing and bring in donors.” Glenn, ArcheDream for HUMANKIND
I first did a Usability Assessment to help ArcheDream see that they were focused on the performance and not the user’s experience and that the web site has many serious usability issues. Their mission, what they did and who they served where not easily found on their web site. The site though beautiful and exciting, created a sense of chaos and did not answer the most basic questions visitors ask. In addition, there were some technical problems.
They needed to go deeper and put themselves not just in the audience, but in the mind of potential donors to create a more user-centered web site.
Working with the organization’s fund-raising consultant, the board of directors and volunteers, we conducted a visioning session to explore what the organizations mission was, what people’s emotional motivation would be in working with them and then created a benefit-driven mission statement to guide their marketing.
Once the mission was clear, the site fell into place.

Susan felt she couldn’t compete with other ministers to do weddings and other ceremonies because of her stroke paralysis. Through the uncovery process, she discovered she had a unique gift, not a disability. We saw that she could counsel couples with disabilities and truly understand the unique problems they will encounter in their wedding ceremony and marriage. We developed a marketing plan to focus on a niche market advertising to people with disabilities.
Ellen had a million ideas for her new Web site, but realized it would take months with her busy schedule to funnel them into an effective Web presence. I encouraged her to slow down. She needed to take time to learn to write benefit driven-copy and focus her site. And she needed to get an online presence fast. We set up a single page for her on Insider Pages which lists businesses by location and she asked her clients to post reviews on the page. Within two weeks she was getting new clients! Patricia had hired a designer but could not seem to decide on a final design. Intuitively I felt the designs did not reflect her true gifts. I did some visioning work to flesh out her Unique Selling Proposition and designed a card and brochure that truly represents her authentic gift. We used the symbol for E8 that represents infinity and a slogan that says what she does in a way she feels matches her style. She approved the first design easily and proudly passes her cards out everywhere she goes.
“Kit has this amazing ability to dig deep inside and pull the ideas that I can’t express right out of me. I love my business cards and brochure. They really reflect who I am.”
“I want a Web site with real depth and meaning. I don’t even know where to start.” Lucinda, Psychic Energy Healer
Linda had a previous career in advertising and did not want a Web site that felt in any way commercial. Through the process of Co-Creative Design we used a methodology that really fit her needs. We created “personas” which are imaginary users and then developed “scenarios” or typical online experiences for meditating on their needs, motivations and questions. Since Linda is a psychic who uses spirit guides, we really used these personas as “guides” to design the site for her. All she had to do was write down what they said. She went from being fearful about the ethics of marketing to embracing a way of presenting her gifts in away that would showcases the benefits to potential clients. Learn about Co-Creative Web Design
“My guides, clients and clients-to-be LOVE my web site. I love it, too!”
